In the Line of fire. 1...2...3...4 separate moments of precip in this area and I did see snowflakes falling at 3pm. So that means.......... another day with a "T".

12:30pm
1:30pm
2:40pm
3:00pm

I have to admit, as annoying as this day is with on off rain, it's making for an awesome skies all day!

One year ago was maybe day 11 of that deep freeze?

Berlin had their biggest shower around 11:20 am or so. Came down good for a few minutes while on Farmington Avenue (CT Route 372). It was about 43 degrees when that started.

Current temps at 5000'.

The -10°C (Teens°F) airmass will go off the NY coast in a few hours but not go farther south than NYC. Will move out tomorrow but then return in 4 days. Cold weekend could be coming up.

Tonights forecast is in the low 20s.

Bigger picture. Current Temps at 850mb. New England in the coldest sector attm

Yup, another T. Crazy.

And nice to fantasize again. Euro has next weekend storm suppressed.

Question is: Do you want it super cold without snow or near normal with a big snowstorm?? In 4 days we'll know which it will be.
