Rain is starting to change to snow, Babylon, South Shore of Long Island. Just started to stick on the car windshields. Should be snowing all over Connecticut by now I am guessing. Except Greenwich.

I expect to see more schools closing or at least delayed openings at the 8pm and 9pm hours. I think some are just waiting to see how the storm begins to pan out.

I believe it's the superintendent. Anyways, I'm very surprised NYC closed. Times are changing.

Edit: NYC's Chancellor, new since last year, was born in Puerto Rico and is the former superintendent of Miami schools. No wonder!

Farmington Valley is coated in white but it's still wet. Wishing it would go away.

Make a path for her. Hope she likes it! Be patient if she doesn't. Ease into it.

I just shoveled 2-3" of cement. I'll be happy I did tomorrow morning.

0.31" liquid so far. Ratios went up during the heavy snow rates past hour at 15:1. So the Average ratio went up to 9.5:1 now. Still, heavy cement snow underneath weighing things down.

Holly's are usually strong but even they are starting to droop

6:10-10:10pm Loop.

Danbury, Waterbury, Meriden and Hartford reporting moderate snow. Newark and White Plains too.
Philly just changed to rain.

I see some intense purples making a move northeast now over PA and NJ.
