40s at 1pm here. Sunny in Southern NJ. Only 138 hours of sun here this month (I been keeping track, give or take an hour or so)

Boat has been in for 2 weeks. There has been ONE day on the weekend it was kind of okay outside, but windy. Might as well have left it up on land for these days. Now the weather guy is saying ANOTHER WET WEEKEND?! Seriously....meanwhile watching webcams in key largo every afternoon and weekend it's always the same, 84 and sunny!

I've kept a stiff upper lip this month because a few years ago I decided to write off November through April and assume bad weather. But tomorrow is May 1st so we're getting into the good six months of the year.

And it looks like it's still going to suck.

You don't even have to go that far. I been watching the maps and it seems like DC area has had lots more sun and less rain than us and 70s and 80s at times. Maybe southern VA with the 80s though.

Latest Euro model forecast for Danbury.

Boxed in green shows all the rain amounts. Date and times are on the left.

Yellow boxes show when the skys would be clear enough for sun. I think anything under 50% humidity at 10,000 feet would be good.

As you can see... Rain and Clouds continue next 10 days with limited sun.

As far as temps. Nothing hot. nothing Cold and crazy.
Saturday May 4th and Tuesday May 7th maybe 70s.
We may have some frosty mornings coming up!

Speaking of sun.........

Everyday of April I physically kept track of sunshine with my own eyes.

Here are my sunshine stats.

138 hours of sun out of 400. Only 4-6 full sunny days

Record number of days with precip for entire Southern New England Area.

Here's Hartford. 21 days with rain falling

Bridgeport...
