Funny thing - I just met someone from Weston, CT out here in AUS who calls a sub a "grinder" - not a "hero". Just thought that would be relevant to this thread.

and culturally Fairfield County is NOT New England...geographic wise YES but, come on, does anybody from Fairfield County really consider themselves "a new englandah! wicked hahd! chowdah! NOMAH!"

See I always thought people from New England talked like that and we're drunk a-holes all the time.

Well, no, I meant REAL New Englanders. Like people BEYOND Fairfield County. People who can Drive to Boston and not have it be a vacation.

Well, My dad is Irish and the Scottish are misunderstood people.

Everyone thinks they're Groundskeeper Willie and grew up in North Kiltown. Not true at all.

But trust me everything I say about New Englandahs is true. They're all drunk Red Sox fans.

So you are a drunk Red Sox fan? You have used this same old twisted logic before, it was wrong then and it is wrong now. Regardless of how you want to see it, Fairfield County is part of New England.
