Yes, my Republican father is a racist, but I made damn sure to break that chain with my children. I taught them to cherish the beliefs of Dr King to judge others by the content of their character.

That's what my mother did with me and I'm glad that she did. We in turn instill the same beliefs in our own children. I can't change the world but I can definitely effect change within my own home.
I think we are genetically programmed to look down on other groups in order to make ourselves feel superior. Some of us work at overcoming this better than others.
Even without race coming into the equation, is it not natural to dislike someone that hates you, and to feel you need to resist their actions in some way?
Racism against white people is not racism, it is justified mistrust.
Because White people are the ONLY people in the world that have engaged in racist activity.

Besides, what do you mean by "White"? Are you going by the US Census definition of White referring to Europeans, North Africans, and West Asians? Or just Europeans in general? What?
I don't know............do you think that is how it really is ? I think there are fringe elements in both groups and those are the dangerous ones. I could be wrong, but I just tossed it out there for consideration.
