I can't believe that neither the Rams organization nor the NFL reprimanded the players for that. They can't even dance when they make a touchdown, but they can make a public statement that is basically pro-thug/anti-police.
A St. Louis bar owner, the Time Out Bar and Grill, took down all Rams decorations and is going to offer drink specials during Kansas City Chiefs games now instead of Rams games. And because of that, a bunch of pro-thug people went on Yelp and Urban Spoon and gave false bad reviews of the Time Out Bar and Grill. Nice, huh? A guy stands up for what is right and thugs try to hurt his business.
All but 2 witnesses I believe, said that Brown's hands were up when Wilson started shooting.
And Don Lemon? What a joke.
Six black witnesses said his hands were not up, which also matches Darren Wilson's account of what happened, which also matches the physical evidence and three autopsies.
I guess the Rams didn't know that making those hand gestures while wearing white gloves usually means your going to get down on your knees and sing "Mammy".
Who knows? Maybe the "hands up" meme will become engrained and these dumba**es will put their hands up when told instead of getting attitude with the cop.
On the other hand perhaps PDs across the country should back to recruiting 6ft tall cops that would knock the holy hell out of you for mouthing off.
The world needs more football coaches who agree with you on social issues, because... well, why, precisely? Because you value the input of football coaches on social issues? Or because you just think it's really impressive when a guy who won a Super Bowl agrees with you on an issue having nothing to do with football?
On a side note, I'm embarrassed to be a member of the same species as Mr. Ditka.

Cops cannot defend themselves even if a 300 pound man reaches into their squad car for their gun. They need to let the robber take the gun and let it play out. Turn the other cheek if you will. Cops bad, robbers good.
