A bit of a thread jack, and changing it slightly, but use Google Scholar and type Diversity Studies. You will find that the number that show diversity as an asset in work environments is about equal those that show it creates discord and is a distraction in work environments
I suspect the reason is two fold.
First diversity of thought is far more disruptive and difficult to manage than diversity of non essential things like skin color, height, weight, age, etc. etc. so the definition of diversity in the particular study (thought, personality, and cultural background vs. physical characteristics) matters in reguards to the outcomes.
Second, any communications major with more than one communications class can explain that there are limits to how communication and compromise can be accomplished along a continium. Within a certain range of differences, compromise can be had easily, as the differences become greater, compromise becomes more difficult, until it is unlikely if even possible for comprimise between two extreme positions.
Within a narrow range, diversity of thought, personality, and culture is great and adds to the collective knowledge, beyond that range it moves from distraction to outright disruptive and dysfunctional.
Diversity defined by physical characteristics with people from an otherwise simular background always works fine.

In other words, you have nothing.

That's completely different from what you claimed earlier.
Isn't multiculturalism just another term for diversity - maybe on a larger scale? There is lot of research on diversity, and most of it is conflicting, citing pro and con results. The larger and wider the diversity, the less correlation with improvements or positive results, with some studies even showing a negative correlation.
Most diversity programs cherry pick the academic research to show only the positive aspects of diversity - and there are many. However, there is also a large downside to diversity beyond a certain point - but that, some how, rarely gets mentioned.

Interesting how the crowd doesn't seem to care at all.
They're Chelsea fans chanting in France after the Chelsea-PSG game. I doubt the crowd knows what they're even saying, nor is anyone trying to fight a mob of drunken hooligans.

Well, there were reaction, except that against a group of drunk hoolignas, you have to be carefull.

Nolan added that others on the platform looked on in disbelief: “There definitely was a culture shock. I heard a couple of French guys saying: ‘I can’t believe this. It’s insane.’”
