Football(Soccer) fans are the worst and I heard racism in football is really high. Something, America does really well in is keep racism to a minimum when it comes to sports. Same can't be said about Europe, especially Italy and Spain.

You have a pattern of flip-flopping back and forth by citing a percentage or total numbers depending upon what you are trying to twist in a discussion.
In 2013, there were 2,793 hate crimes by whites and 992 by blacks or a ratio of about 3 to 1.
Since the population stats are about 6 to 1, that means a random black person is twice as likely to commit a hate crime as a white person.
So, you might want to be more inclusive in the future when complaining about racism and hatecrimes.

I'm against all racism and hate crimes, not just white supremacy! That being the case, I'm not naive enough to believe each group is equally racist... There's history and data that paints a total different picture...

These guys are racists - but moreover they're football hooligans, if it had been an obviously gay guy, or some posh looking bloke, or pretty much anyone they felt they could push around it would have been the same.
Because of one race's use of claims of persecution and discrimination as a means by which to distract attention away from their own, natural faults, foibles and defects.

The people on that train, and the crowd on the platform didn't seem to fit this description at all. We are, afterall, talking about one of the most multicultural capitals in Europe.
