Why would someone try to get on a train that full.If it was empty and he was denied that's one thing but it's jam packed full. The hooligans were probably being bigger idiots by singing that they were racists instead of singing your being an a**hole for trying to squeeze into a sardine can.
Why would anyone, black or white, want to get on a train with a drunken mob, black or white?
If the mob was black (coming from a rap concert, let's say, rather than a soccer match) would a white guy really try to get on a train with them? Would it be news if they wouldn't let him on the train?
Dude, claims stop being claims once their substantiated with evidence. They become a little something that is known as facts! Meh. The "evidence" is cherry-picked. You have to ignore the drop-out rate, the teenage pregnancy rate, the unemployment rate, the arrest, conviction and incarceration rate, the percentage on government assistance, the illegitimate children, the rampant crime, alcoholism and drug use, the break-down or complete non-existence of the nuclear family, the embracing of retarded and doomed-to-failure ideas like "it takes a village to raise a family", "thug-life", and the wide-spread belief that institutions are all biased against, when Federal Law requires an unconstitutional bias in favor, while discriminating against better-qualified members of another race, in order to then find some isolated situation and then lie, manipulate and otherwise distort the event into "racism" (Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown and Garner, etc...), in order to make the false, fabricated and falsely self-serving argument that somehow, somewhere, someone is irrationally against you for no good, substantive reason. And while writing around in a puddle of your own urine, wailing irrational nonsense about being a "victim" and demanding reparations.

I have to agree. IMO, the guy was a fool to keep pushing the issue.
One should always carefully choose their battles. It appears to be very obvious that he wasn't going to win this one, he should have just walked away.
Maybe they are sick of the people from third world bringing down their "evolvement" to third world level. Until the US borders opened its door so "liberally" I never saw people laying blankets on 5th Ave., NYC streets with all kinds of junk jewelry sold like trashy streets bazaars in the third world; the third world of Nigeria and China that they came from. There is two sides to every story.
Combine that with the usual hooligan antics and it's not surprising. If I were him I would board through another car and if it was too crowded, wait for the next train. Good thing the train did not suddenly take off and he would have been stuck and possibly killed.
