That's true. Many of the same folks are, instead, listening to people like you. And you haven't provided a shred of evidence concerning vaccinations or anything else that offers you any credibility whatsoever. All you have to offer is fear and ignorance, which are powerful forces -- just as pathogens are. For the latter, we have modern medicines and vaccines. For the former, we have open forums like this, offering a salutory disinfecting solution for falsehoods and rumor-mongering.

As has been pointed out to you many times, you are free to not vaccinate. You are not being forced to do so. In another post you mentioned paying taxes even if you do not send your child to public school. So does every parent who chooses to home school, every parent who chooses private schools, and everyone with no children of school age.

What is really funny is that when a disease hits an unvaccinated community, attitudes toward vaccination seem to change rather swiftly.

People who are not vaccinating based on pseudoscience and an inability to do a valid assessment of risk need to accept the consequences of their decisions.

100% agree with this. Could not have said it better myself.

Many people are looking at studies and many may even subscribe to alternative health measures which don't often include vaccines as a part of a healthy way of life. The science is not cut and dry on the issue of vaccinations despite your claims. People should have the right to choose. Your side is the one who submit to fear by forcing people to "vaccinate or else". Like I said, congrats, your side is winning with it's fear based campaign which takes people's rights to choose the medical interventions for themselves and instead turns that decision over to the government.

Excellent point. Perhaps there are those here who have not yet succumbed to the pseudo-science and are willing to listen to their doctors and base the decision to vaccinate on expert recommendations.

Unfortunately, research has shown that people who are staunchly anti-vax seldom change their minds, even when given facts that directly contradict what they "believe" about vaccines. It is extremely difficult to admit you have been duped. So you keep saying "vaccines cause autism" because to admit otherwise makes you feel foolish.

The science is settled. We know how they work and we understand the risks and complications.

The fear mongers are the people who cannot accept that just because an event follows a vaccination does not mean the vaccine caused that event.

As has been pointed out to you many times, many people are being forced to vaccinate. Most parents don't have the luxury to be able to stay home and homeschool their children. Those parents are being forced into vaccinating whether they want to or not.

Well I can see some lawsuits arising from this if it passes.
Telling them to "homeschool" is not the answer.

It is the state's obligation to provide alternate education facilities.

Federal law mandates equal educational opportunities to all children.

But it is. Short of some flimsy studies conducted by an absolute fraud who manipulated the results which even then weren't conclusive, all so that he could cash in on fee's from legal firms looking to sue vaccine manufacturers, study after study after study has consistently shown that vaccines are A. safe, B. effective, C. cost-efficient and that there are absolutely no links betweens vaccines and autism or a myriad of other health disorders that the conspiracy theorists like to claim.

100% for.

Jenny McCarthy can go take the money she's 'earned' flapping her lips to soccer moms and buy her own island nation. She and her clueless flock can move there and have a nice, happy, 'naturally' diseased nation there together.
