  • Medical examiner 'found Freddie Gray's catastrophic head injury was consistent with bolt in the back door of the police van'
  • Police report suggests he was standing and fell head first into the door

Looks like it was an accident.

I don't think he could stand. As you saw him being dragged by police with his legs limp behind him.

Here comes the cover up!

Good luck getting the masses rioters and white guilter's to believe that even if it's 100% true.

Some of the people rioting would not bother to watch a video of Freddie Gray banging his own head, if such a video were available, because it would not fit their expectations of what happened. Some were just determined to riot for show.

I have to ask why he was not belted and secured in the van rather than standing in the van?

I suppose significantly more information will come out in the next few days, but even accepting the ME report at face value, there are still a lot of questions that need to be answered (like why wasn't he belted in). However, the cops "murdering" him is an unlikely scenario based on the ME report, but still, he did die in police custody, and that is ALWAYS a bad thing!

They wouldn't believe it if it had been televised. It makes them look like fools. (well they already look like that, but you know what I mean)

It doesn't fit into their agenda. If you want to play the victim game you need to twist facts to make the rioting justified.

In this video, at 2:24, he can be seen standing on the back edge of the van, with the top of his head higher than the top of the van, then he ducked down to enter the van.

Lit sounds consistent with being given a "rough ride", unbelted or restrained (outside of cuffs, used so he couldn't break a fall) in the back of the van.

Certainly doesn't sound like an accident to me.

so we have: the cops beat him up during the arrest, he fell into the van, he threw himself around in the van, he just had spine surgery and it went bad, the van made a stop and he was beat up then. Why so many different stories?
