So last night a couple of interviews with Baltimore Cops who wished to remain anonymous give some inside information to that arrest and condition of Freddie Gray.
If these statements are proven to be true the cops that are now going to trial will most likely be criminally vindicated.
From one cop: The toxicology report shows Freddie had Heroine and Pot in his system when arrested. This is important given what is now being said about the reason Freddie was arrested which was that officers saw him doing a suspected drug deal (exchanging a small package for cash) in an area known for drug sales and when they went to confront both Freddie and the buyer they both ran in different directions.
When Freddie was caught he didn't have any drugs on him (surprise,surprise) so they listed other reasons for probable cause.
The officer went on to say that in that area when drug dealers are confronted they either run and toss the drugs or swallow the drugs.
Now if you look back to what Freddie (alleged) was found to have in his system at the time that lends credence to the idea he ate his own drugs to avoid a drug arrest and this alone could have led to his death.
Hmmmm, plot thickens doesn't it????

oh yes wise one, we all know that heroin and marijuana use spontaneously cause your vertebrae to fracture and your spinal column to sever from your brain ...wow, just wow
You know what would've prevented all of this? If he had lived like a law abiding citizen like the majority of people.
Know what else would have prevented all this? if the police had followed the laws themselves instead of tossing him into a van head first and unrestrained while shackled at his hands and feet so he could roll around all over the place until his spine breaks. The majority of people aren't allowed to ride anyone even sitting upright unrestrained in a car, let alone the way this man was treated. It matters not one bit what he had in his system, there is no drug that can sever your spinal cord, lol.
Know what else could have prevented this? If the cops had done what the law requires of them and gotten the man medical help when he said he needed it rather than 45 minutes later.
I don't get why so many seem to hold cops to a lower standard than so-called "thugs"...it's okay for cops to break the law if it helps them take down people who are breaking the law..is that about it?
The unidentified prisoner, who was separated from Gray by a partition and never saw saw him during their six blocks in the vehicle together, said the 25-year-old was “banging against the walls” and put himself at risk in back of a police van, according to a police report obtained by the Washington Post Wednesday.
The prisoner’s account of Gray allegedly attempting to harm himself has not been backed up by evidence or other sources. The prisoner and the Baltimore Police Department did not comment on it.
This man's video interview has since been on several news shows since this news you posted came out a couple of days ago. In them, his descriptions sound like the guy was trying to get someones attention to get help, and that's what the guy himself thinks, not that he was trying to hurt himself.
I guarantee you can try as hard as you want to bang yourself against the wall, you might split your skull but there is no way you'd sever your spinal cord.
Yes, interviews with anonymous sources who say... just like the statement "leaked" to the Washington Post that the second prisoner in the van witnessed Gray intentionally trying to hurt himself. A witness who at the time was in police custody and feared for his life if his name was made public.
Only problem is that as soon as he got out of jail Donta Allen couldn't wait to say that he never made such a statement that in fact he couldn't see Gray and who didn't hear anything that would indicate the Gray was trying to hurt himself.
Actually he wasn't antonymous to the interviewer just to the public to protect his job as a cop and his safety.
Not a "leaker" in the true sense of the word as they are usually unidentifiable to anyone.
So heroin and pot would make his spinal cord herniate and his voice box crush itself??? What like when the alien creature comes out from the inside out??? WOW?! That's freaky. You're right, the cops are home free.

C'mon, "if" he swallowed caps of heroin that he was selling it could've given him seizures (spine injury) due to an overdose which could also explain his heart stopping as well as his depressed breathing.
The plot isn't thickening; the wheels in the head of a certain type of person is just working overtime in an attempt to undervalue a lost black life. We've seen white supremacy attempt to justify the unjustifiable time after time. It's not going to work this time...

Or, could it be that anyone who's waiting for the actual facts to come out in full instead of just what the (pandering) S.A. wants you to know.
The plot thickens because officers who apparently know exactly what happened are giving out information that the S.A. most likely found inconvenient to her agenda which was to tamp down the riots and play to the vocal rabble rousers.
Nobody I know is "undervaluing" a black life but if the truth should come out about the cops then shouldn't it come out for everyone?
What "if" the description of the incident that the cop is putting forward is actually correct and Freddie was dealing heroine at the time and ate the evidence?
This meme of "if you don't totally agree with the S.A.'s "story" of what happened then you're a white supremacist" got old right about the time Ferguson was in full swing and now it's just plain tired out.

Let's see what more information is let out like the full tox screen and wait for the trial or is that not caring either?
Freddie Gray was a law-abiding citizen at the time of the attack on him. The prosecutor has already stated that Gray had committed no crime and that his arrest was unlawful.
What woul you expect the prosecutor to say? Remember the cops are the defendants at this point, and just like any suspect are assumed innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. The prosecutor is publicly posturing, not speaking under oath.
Megan Kelly had a Baltimore cop on her show (with anonymity) that said Grey was an informant and was helpful to the cops in the past. If that proves true, there are some real contradictions in the case, as well as what we are hearing from the cops themselves.
However, nobody has testified under oath and been subject to cross examination yet. I will wait before forming a solid opinion, but at the very least there are some serious policy and procedure issues in Baltimore WRT the police and police enforcement issues.
I believe, sometimes, even law abiding citizens come under attack by a brutal police force, think Jonathan Ferrell from SC.
Grey has 25 prior arrests for drug possession..let me repeat that; 25 PRIOR ARRESTS FOR DRUG POSSESSION!!!! Why the hell is this guy walking around free on the strret?

In a different interview he said that he didn't tell the police anything, instead he said he told "homicide" what happened.
