Thats just stupid because Thug is not reserved for one race regardless of how many times said race claims that.

People seem to need to use that word to label people to the point that they act like thugs themselves just trying to demonize everyone.

Is a person who over-uses and misappropriately uses the word thug a thug themselves? I say yes, and there are many all around us.

Just because you have a college degree and post online does not mean you are not a thug. Some are thugs with their fists, others with the pads of their fingertips.

peace out

Now they are starting to be savage thugs.

This word wasn't used that much until the Freddie Gray incident.

I agree with what Suburban Guy said.

If the shoe fits, wear it. If the term fits, USE IT.

It is if you're a con. Look no further than this or the politics forum.

From Websters:
Thug
: a brutal ruffian or assassin : gangster, tough

Synonyms
bully, gangbanger, gangsta, gangster, goon, gorilla, hood, hooligan, mobster, mug, plug-ugly, punk, roughneck, rowdy, ruffian, hoodlum, tough, toughie (also toughy), yob [British], yobbo

-----------------------------------------------------------
Given the nature of many topics discussed here, the term seems completely acceptable and not over-used. I'm sure that if you referred to
It says ganster is a thug. So gang members are thugs.... easy enough. Thanks.

If you claim the moon is made of cheese, that doesn't make it so.

It's even cuter that you make false accusations and believe them to be true.
