The upstanding Ferguson type citizens are probably already picking out the neighborhood stores they're planning on looting and burning if the Cardinals win the World Series. Thanks to Obama's help I'm sure that Baltimore's Mayoral policy of letting everyone have free rein to riot for at least a day (giving the rioters time to get clothing that fit) prior to any law enforcement action has been passed on to St. Louis and it's suburbs.
