We should feel sorry for this guy, not laugh..

Now, some people have long-term erections, like myself, due to high testosterone levels. I do weight-lifting , take lot of T-boosting supplements, eat good foods, etc.. The herbs I take have aphrodisiac effects resulting in longer lasting erections. This is a healthy erection, as it is not painful and actually boosts fertility. The difference between a healthy and non-healthy erection is healthy erection will be long lasting but can be controlled by the thought process, whereas priapism is a result of body sending wrong signals to the penis.
I agree it's a serious matter, but he chose the penis of all places. He must have figured there might be consequences.

Or the guy who came down with frostbite in the wrong place. Fingers, toes and noses aren't all that fall off.

Tattoos have a bad rep in this regard as well. More than one idiot has caused himself a lifetime of pain or a choice between it and a shortened member. Sometimes the choice never relieves the pain thing either.

I could see putting a tattoo there in fine print that simply reads, "If you can read this, thank YOU!" instead of saying thank a teacher.

It reminds me of those people who are getting those earrings that are embedded within the ear itself.
