The only way you would be able to tell is by observation and their behavior. Just like with any group of people.
That makes no sense because they have Doctors in America that are living a normal life supporting terrorist groups.

ISIS shoots their own people, or Muslims as well. One of the victims in the Paris attack was Amine Ibnolmobarak. His wife was shot three times.

A newlywed architect was also among the victims. Amine Ibnolmobarak was an architect and teacher at the ENSA Paris-Malaquais architecture school, the Union Nationale des Etudiants en Architecture et Paysage said on its Facebook page.

Ibnolmobarak was a Muslim, cousin Akram Benmbarek posted to Facebook. His wife was shot three times and is in critical condition.
The Belgian Foreign Ministry said at least two Belgians were killed. The ministry said Saturday the number could rise.

I keep reading the list as it gets larger. ISIS likes young women and kids/young adults. They are easier to manipulate. I read an article that France was noticing a lot of their young women missing and they don't come back. ( I think they desire some life that is non-existent) Don't quote me on "France"- I'm tired. Going to bed.

Candle for Paris tonight.

The first video in the link is of people running out of the concert venue (I think). Hard to watch. Especially with all the gunshots in the background and the bodies (blurred out but you know they are there).

We are blessed with free speech, regardless of how PC has warped that definition. Most Muslims are not. Even those living in our country are not. Radicals are everywhere and they have ears. I don't think we can comprehend that underlying, extremely effective and ever present fear.

But we do speak out against terrorists and consider them to be an enemy of Islam. But in most non-Muslim nations we are a very small voice and seldom heard. but we do condemn terrorists and are actively condemning those responsible for the Paris attacks.

Dutch Muslim organisations condemn 'barbaric' Paris attacks - DutchNews.nl

Most of us are very much aware that a goal of the terrorists is to give non-Muslims reason to hate and fear all Muslims, making it uncomfortable for Muslims to live in non-Muslim countries. Perhaps they think that will persuade us to side with them. We will not side with the terrorists, and will stand by our non-Muslim friends. We do understand there will be be distrust of all Muslims because of this dastardly act and we will not let that end our friendships.

I don't fear Muslims or anybody. Most decent Muslims are good people the entire world needs a way to stop radical Islamic terrorists.
