Sounds like their was an explosion at a soccer match as well, heard that on the radio no citation yet. Thoughts out to the victims.

There are now reports of at least two explosions at a stadium hosting a soccer game between France and Germany. French President Hollande was present but has been safely evacuated.

French Army, National Police RAID, and Gendarmerie Mobile units have been deployed. The presence of RAID indicates that this is probably a terrorist attack as they are a specialist counter-terrorist unit.

at least 18 dead being reported by Paris police.

awful, and sadly, I am sure it will be much higher.
