Are the facts contained within false? Again under google that was the first website that pooped up. Are those facts wrong?
Post them up then since you have already noted that they are from DOJ statistics which are NOT subject to copyright. You can even post up excerpts and not violate TOS.

Please show me ONE black KO game perpetrator who was charged with a hate crime FEDERALLY. Please show me one. You cant. You know why? It has never happened. How many innocent weak white people were savagely assaulted by these cowards? Yes a couple of times they have been prosecuted through a state hate crime statute. Never once federally. Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act (2009). Prior to those law organized hate groups ran amok. People sent picture postcards of lynchings they had witnessed. Even the Nazis did not stoop to selling souvenirs of Auschwitz, but lynching scenes became a burgeoning subdepartment of the postcard industry. By 1908, the trade had grown so large, and the practice of sending postcards featuring the victims of mob murderers had become so repugnant, that the U.S. Postmaster General banned the cards from the mails. The market just went underground.
The Department of Justice Friday released cell phone video recorded by Conrad Barrett, the so-called "knock out guy," who was convicted of a hate crime for punching an elderly black man in the face. "I have to step up the courage," Barrett says in the video moments before the attack. "For about a week now, I have been unable to go through with the plan," he says. "The plan is to see if I hit an elderly black person would this be televised nationally?" The video was a central part of the case to convict Barrett, who was recently sentenced by a federal judge in Houston to 71 months in prison. The attack took place outside a shopping mall on Thanksgiving weekend in 2013 and left the victim, identified in court papers as a 79-year-old black man who has the initials R.C., with a broken jaw and missing teeth.

I'm still having a difficult time believing you are a cop. What department did you retire from?
You still never answered the question. Please name one black perpetrator who was charged with a federal hate crime. There were /are hundreds of KO attacks by blacks on whites. Not one single crime was charged federally. Not one!!
