Wow. I said the headline was deliberately obfuscating in order to draw in more clicks, and I find that annoying. I didn't say that the headline was confusing to me. I can't help but think that you're being deliberately obtuse for the sake of argument, so I'm just gonna stop here.

Oh, step off. Most people pay some sort of attention to where they're going. Then, there are those who have to talk, text, and have ear buds shoved in their head while they're in motion. They may have more accidents. Still, I don't think your average citizen walks into an empty elevator shaft.
