There is another clip showing the argument leading up to the fight. The audio is a little hard to understand but seems like the McDonalds employee from behind the register is telling the stripper she do not pay for the soda. The stripper is saying she paid $2 and has the receipt and then throws a french fry at the McDonalds worker.
Looking at both videos I think McDonalds manager should have not got into a shouting match with the customer. That escalated things and was very unprofessional. As a representative of a business you have to take the high road unless you are physically threatened. And throwing a french fry does not qualify. She should not have been shouting across the restaurant at the stripper customer.
And I think that if someone walks off the street with a cup and fills it up, kick them out. If someone gets a small amount of soda in a water cup who has purchased a meal assuming that is what happened. What is the big deal?
A video where the woman who shot the video interviews the McDonalds employee:
Maybe she thought she was Bruce Lee, he would always beat up people 3 times his size..

I have to assume that this incident didn't take place in Florida, because if it did, then the McDonald's employee could have legally shot and killed the soda thief by simply claiming that she thought her life was in danger.

I agree. If the worker can't take the high road, they should stop demanding $15 an hour for these types of jobs. Most people doing fast food work as a 'career' lack the professionalism to work doing something that pays more. The McDonald's workers in the video look at least 30 years old. They aren't teenagers.

At some point in the future, I assume everyone will be walking around with a firearm, ready to 'make' someone's day. Maybe it's all for the better - we could really use a purge. Only problem is that the survivors would be the violent, short tempered idiots.

No.
This is just one more post demonstrating ignorance of the law.
Didn't they teach better manners at the finishing schools those young ladies attended?
Methinks these ladies might have a little history with each other.
Though the outfit would be hard to hide a knife, I'd not want my job to cost me my life.
Where was the lil hoes "boyfriend" when she needed him??
McDonads everywhere is a favourite panhandling place. With that outfit you'd think she could come up with a dollar??
Geez the soda isn't even that expensive! Dumb customer.
