This was a weird story and really disturbing.

Beyonce's ex-band member accuses singer of reported 'extreme witchcraft' | Fox News

I had heard all of the online rumors about her and Jay Z being with the secret societies, and there were rumors that when she used to go by her alter-personality on stage, “Sasha Fierce” (she wore dark clothes and purposely looked “evil”), that it had dark undertones. However, those seemed more entertainment-related and rumors you hear about all really elite Hollywood people.

If any of this is true, it’s straight up dark, crazy, and disturbing!!!

Or...This woman has mental issues. She accuses Beyonce of witchcraft and multiple acts against her, but thinks that a restraining order would thwart magic?

I do not care for Beyonce or Jay-Z (their music makes my head hurt), but this is just stupid.

This is the first I've heard of a judge denying someone a restraining order. On what grounds can a judge deny one?

Judges deny restraining orders all the time. There has to be sufficient evidence that the subject of the restraining order poses a real threat to the petitioner. It's not always easy to do.

Interesting. It's something I've never thought about before. I've never needed a restraining order, nor have I known anyone who did. Ya learn somethin' new every day.

In order to be a restraining order you have to prove there is something to restrain. This woman couldn't prove her accusations so, no restraining order. I think she's losing it. Why would Byonce want to do this stuff to her in The first place?

If I was Beyoncé I would be getting the restraining order against this woman.
