The Southwest agent made a one-time mistake and can learn to do better. The mother made a long-term ****** that's going to haunt that child every day until she's 18 and can legally change her name, which isn't easy. The mother deserves to be mocked for having the IQ of a bug.

Here's an idea crazy lady, give your child an actual name. Be creative with naming your pet, not your child. However the employee was wrong to mock the child over their name. I've heard worse too.
