I wish I spoke Spanish as I'd love to understand the puppeteer's narration.

There is no way he couldn't have known that window was open, forget color blind, if he was blind, he would have known. And there is no way it was in a "kids' play area" either. Nothing the GF, the lawyer or the family has said makes any sense to me at all, after viewing that video.
Agree. I can't believe he hasn't seen it yet. He put his head out the opening. I couldn't tell if he lifted her over the window or if she leaned forward and flew out of his arms.

I guess it's possible he doesn't remember. Some people are like that. I wish it wasn't played so slow to know how long it actually took. I don't know if I can stomach watching it again.

I watched it once and warned my friends not to watch it. It’s sickening.

I don't really think it's sickening...might leave people to believe it's gory. It's not.

I think troubling is a better word for it. Thankfully nothing gory and I sincerely hope there is never any dock footage released.

Very troubling. I'm normally not bothered by anything. I've seen Jane and John Doe bodies that have been decomposing.

It's just hard to watch, especially when I have grand kids, one is 6, the other is a little older then her at 2 1/2

Indeed, this was not a play area for kids. Looks like a bar and a lounge area.

The family/lawyer have been lying at every turn.

I understand the GF turned down a plea deal where he admitted guilt but didn't serve any time in prison.

I have an 18th month old niece and don't look that much different than GP. It is more difficult when you identify with the story characters.

I thought I read somewhere that he assumed that there was some kind of platform outside, and not just a sheer drop from the window.

There's other footage from inside the window but from the side that I thought clearly showed him putting her entirely through the window, holding her, and then she's gone. It wasn't that he was holding her up, inside the window, and she wriggled out and through. It was that he was holding her, entirely through the window, and then he dropped her, for whatever reason. It's manslaughter at best, negligent manslaughter. Cannot establish whether he actually intended to murder her by doing this, but anyone would know that holding a child out a tenth story window is negligent.
