Yes, a stun gun works the same way except you have to be a lot closer to your target.

I thought he was saying "shoot me! Shoot my cat! shoot me..." It appears he was using the cat as a shield. wonder if it was his cat? Poor kitty!

WTH are the EMTs and America being blessed? Because they mercifully took the guy out before he hurt anyone even though he had no weapons? smh

You don't know what a person could do in an altered state, on drugs, etc. They had to subdue him somehow, and consider the cat. IMO, they did the best for the situation in that n one was hurt!

I think it was good call. Personally, I wouldn't trust a naked man holding a cat hostage not to bite me so I wouldn't want to get close to that guy either.
