i think anyone caught tampering with food needs to be punished severely. perhaps they need to be stripped naked andpublicly beaten with some rebar, or perhaps with the same type of cane they use in singapore, while they are in public stocks. in fact let the general public administer the beatings for a small fee, say one dollar per swat on the butt. the government can even put this on pay per view and make more money that way was well.
Many copycats are going to be all licking and digging into ice cream now. Already been a couple of copy lickers. This has probably been happening for years off an on but now with the videos and cameras in stores and people being more observant, it’s being noticed and reported more often.

We do have a culture of "comeuppance". If this were done to a vile person who ate it, methinks we'd be instead cheering
I guess people aren't dying in the DR anymore, so food tampering is going to be the big story now.
