Thats a felony. A woman at a Walmart in Texas was caught on camera opening ice cream containers and licking the top, then putting them back. Felony tampering, intentionally contaminating food is not taken lightly.
...anyone remember the 'Tylenol Tampering Scare' back in the early 80's...changed the way pills were package at a huge expense that i'm sure was passed on to the consumer...
