Someone who is a quadruple amputee probably shouldn’t be living in a group home. Don’t they have special needs foster families who might only foster one or two children at a time?

Honestly after seeing a number of foster homes he's probably lucky to be in a group home.
People that are physically challenged want to be treated the same as anyone else, doubtful the teen would have any objections to the way his arrest went down, but understandable that others with an agenda would pipe-up
Couldn't get the video to play, but no matter. The officer may have over-reacted, and perhaps was provoked a little. It takes two to tango, as they say. One thing is for sure..... you probably won't be seeing this on "Live PD".
Whats most shameful about this imo, NO ONE helps the guy fight off the cop!
Fighting off cops is what gets people killed, and in most cases the cop gets away with the killing. Don't be daft blaiming those around this scene for not jumping in. Would you? honestly?

I'm fully agreeing with Duke. DO NOT FIGHT OFF A COP! At minimum it'll get you roughed up and arrested, it's too likely it'll get you shot.
The cop was doing what he was called there for, to subdue and take the teen away. As far as I can see, he was being fairly gentle with the boy.
Being a quad doesn't give a person the right to trash a place of caregiving.
He certainly looks large enough and mobile enough to do some serious damage even without limbs.
