He certainly looks large enough and mobile enough to do some serious damage even without limbs.
I agree - and the young man has limbs. He was out of control, and damaging the place, so cops were called. I'm guessing that's a legal and appropriate restraint.

Where does it say they were called to 'take him away'? And how mobile can you be with no arms or legs? Here's another video, maybe you can dream up a good excuse for the cop slamming the other boy's head into the wall even though he was compliant

I agree with you; if that's really all he was doing, SURELY that sort of thing happens in group homes for teenagers who are wards of the state. Heck, it happens in very stable homes with teenagers.
Seems like it was an overreaction by the staff if he wasn't endangering others in the home or doing serious damage.
Fighting off cops is what gets people killed, and in most cases the cop gets away with the killing. Don't be daft blaiming those around this scene for not jumping in. Would you? honestly?
So true. Most people in situations with police will not follow directions and are constantly running off or fighting the officer verbally or physically in some way. Then they are killed and the parents go crazy wondering what happened.
He's a 15 year old child who was abandoned by his parents and has no arms or legs, if I had to go through that I would probably do worse than knock a garbage can over, how is a kid supposed to rationally deal with all of that?
I'm surprised the poor boy hasn't committed suicide. When I read stories like this, I feel gratitude for everything I have.

Well, I was misled.
I expected to see a teen who is immoble.
And apparently so was the reporter, stating this is a teen who can't move.
If you watch the entire 8 minute video, it's clear he doesn't use a wheelchair - he gets around on his own quite well.
