I read a true story once, about a young man working in a machine shop, who got his scrot_m caught and mangled in a turning lathe which he was rubbing up against for erotic stimulation while alone in the room masturbating during lunch-hour. He tried to sew himself shut, but remained visibly bloody and ended up having to go to a hospital E.R. and confess what happened. This was in a letter published in a medical journal magazine in the 1980s.

Tip of the day! Don't rub your jewels against a spinning lathe.
Seems more like a body mutilation type of thing than anything. Some people are into that. Cutting themselves, piercing their penis and all kinds of things. Hope he gets some help. I don't think measuring is the real situation, it is mutilation. JMHO.
Right.
I've had urologists push smooth, small diameter tubes into my urethra several times...no way anyone did that to himself with something worse.
And certainly not to measure it, because it's surprising how much a penis draws itself into the tiniest nubbing possible when something like that begins to happen.
One of my favorite annual traditions is the articles like, "What Did We Get Stuck In Our Rectums This Year?" You think you've heard them all, but some enterprising folks always prove you wrong. Some of these lists also includes things people got stuck in their ears and noses.
What's even more entertaining than the lists of objects are the excuses people come up with in the ER as to how they got there. Far-fetched and idiotic, they run the gamut.
There once was a boy with a cable
Who thought he just might be able
To shove it through a keyhole
Or even his peephole
And not come off even a bit unstable.
Either very stupid or very kinky. Either way, play dumb games - win stupid prizes
Ouchie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Removing things from various orifices is standard stuff in emergency medicine across the world.
I don't think anything shocks medical staff in big city hospitals or ambulance paramedics.
The Fire Brigade/Department also sometimes get a good laugh at such call outs.
