Unbelievable. What is wrong with people?

Police have identified the suspect as Babacar Mbaye. He has 40 prior arrests on his record, including four arrests just this year.

Thankfully, mama went full on with the thug and held him until the police showed up.

Read the article. Just another case of “supervised” release.!
How?
Where is the supervision.
When will judges learn this doesn’t work?
Lock the savages up, and keep them in their zoo

Im glad the boy was ok. If my DH had been around when this happened he’d be in jail and the guy would be dead.

Reminds me of the case where a random guy threw a young boy over a ledge at the mall.

I would have killed him.

That repeat hazard should never have been walking our streets.

I hope he doesn't sue the women. Crazy world. He might win.

Nobody cares. And nobody is going to change anything. It’s just going to get worse.

Quote:
The lawyer said Mbaye was “under the influence of an intoxicated, debilitating psychiatric episode.”
“He was dancing in the midst of Times Square and inadvertently made contact with the child … which drew the ire of the child’s mother who maybe perhaps reasonably believed that he intended to strike the child,” Kenniff argued. “But I’m confident that was not his intention.”
Did he even bother watching the video before making such an idiotic statement?

The usual suspects. Good for the women for giving it to him afterwards!

This behavior is one of the best arguments the 'population reduction crowd' has going for it. I'm thinking a TV show with the audience viewing the behavior/ incident, and then voting for a method of eradication.

I bet it would have great ratings for at a least a few years until the behavior lessens.
