Hey peeps!

Up & at 'em! The workday will never get over if it doesn't get started! For me this day will drag. I was hired 4 weeks ago in anticipation of a merger which will happen over the weekend. I have been trained, but don't really have much to do, and my days are long. I know that will all change come Tuesday.

Shadow & I walked to the park this morning. It is very hot out, but she still wanted to climb on the jungle gym. That meant I was climbing the jungle gym as well. Kids!

Who will b the next to check in??

I bet climbing the jumgle gym isn't as much fun as chasing chickens ... Evey

Another glorious day here in happy cow land. Going to go for a walk in a little bit.

Hope Karla is enjoying the Alaskan Loveboat!

okay, it's time to get back into it for me, did 15 minutes of pretty vigorous exercising, I just have to get re-motivated. Too much bad stuff, but I honestly think that working out might make a difference in how I feel overall-considering my age, and stress and all that happy horsesh*t. Oh, darn and it's the unofficial end of summer this weekend-everybody have some fun!! Please!

Heehee, yay, Karla checked in!! Mmmm, pancakes sound gooooood. Sweden is so lucky! I don't know if their cruise has started yet but dang, cruise food is the best.

Jogged 2.25 miles, worked on legs today and then hopped on the treadmill for another 2 miles. Good stuff!
