Have to head to the bank this morning with a stop at the store to try and find something to wear Sunday
We are going to Church with MIL and I still haven't gotten any summer clothes
We all know how much I love clothes shopping

I have my follow up with the Dr for the cat scan today
My sister made a good point if there was any issues they would of called me to come right in the next day so I am not as nervous as I was when they said I needed the test

Woo hoo it is only going to hit 89 today though there is a 40 % chance of afternoon showers

Whats on your list for today ?

Good luck with the dr. Karla. My mom got good news yesterday, so I know you will too.

Walked a good 4miles plus this morning. Saw one of the regulars walking this morning. He fell about a month ago and finally got back to it today. He had a cane, but he was on his feet. Good to see him.

OK, gotta go do a couple of things before I'm off to see Marge.

Hugs, all.

Hey all
Where is everyone

Well back from the DR she said the CT showed the shadow on the liver is something called a blood cyst and a lot of folks have it so they must the kinda common
She may do a f/u sonogram in 9 months just to make sure it isn't getting bigger
However the CT showed something on the adrenal glad that they are calling a adenoma she said she wants me to see a Endocrinologist and he will do blood work to make sure it isn't interfering with the hormones that the adrenal glad produces

sing another specialist

Karla, it seems like one thing leads to another. I have one of those shadows on my liver, too, but they never told me it was a blood cyst. Must be. Good luck with the adenoma.

Huh, all mine showed was that I have degenerative spine stuff and advanced narrowing of some somethingorother in the vertebrae. Nothing to show what is causing my problems. I hope it is nothing major, Karla. I think that's what doctors do now, they refer you to specialists right and left. Do they get bonus points for that or what? I don't mean to sound ignorant, it just makes me mad. What kind of problems are you having? Somehow I missed it.

Today I did a [nother] Denise Austin workout. This is a sports bootcamp workout based on a kettlebell routine. It is a good overall workout.

Now I am going to go drink my protein drink--maybe I'll get me some muskles from all this! I can say Billy, do my arms look bigger??? Like he used to say to me ALL the time after he'd get back from working out!

Pattie, get some of that downy wrinkle release stuff. It will cut your ironing substantially; it really works great!

Oh, Connie, I don't iron much for us. Only when absolutely necessary (and sometimes not even then!). This ironing was for my new "job". And, truth be told, I really didn't think much of their stuff needed it. But if he wanted it done, I was going to do it for them.

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure what a blood cyst is but I'm happy to hear it wasn't anything that required surgery or meds. Hoping too that the encronoligist will be good news to hear.

I've been busy doing stuff for the water dept. for the past couple of days so haven't done much posting.

Connie I also has some degenerative spine stuff I think that has to have somethign to do with getting older
But at least she didn't say go see a specialist for that

Oh lol I did say to her something about referral bonus/kickbacks
All this started because I was having a weird pain in my upper abdomen when I twisted a certain way the test looking for that brought up all the rest
They still can't figure out what is causing that

In the olden days, they'd just tell you, don't twist that certain way! Whenever I get a weird sensation, I wonder if it is from an exercise or whether it is some malady.
