Meeting our Sunday breakfast friends today because having breakfast with our vet tomorrow.

MIL is coming over at 11:30 they are going to go see the wil smith movie.

We got a really good rain yesterday around 4:30 it came with strong winds and lots of thunder & lightening but you could see the plants dancing because it has been so hot.

I am not sure what I am going to do with my alone in the house time lol but I am sure I can think of something.

Hmmm...Home alone...didn't they make a movie about that???

Headed out to Publix for my prescription refill... I'll definitely need the happy pills for this trip! And I'm going to pick up some veggies for our shish kabobs tonight. Hubby and I are trying to use up stuff in the fridge and freezer before I go cuz he won't do much cooking. I just need a couple of things to round out the mix.

He's in a work mode, so I'm not sure what else we'll be doing today.

Ooo, karla, glad you said something about the vet. We need to bring Smokey in for a follow-up. Last month, when we took them all for their annuals, the vet found something in her belly and she wants to feel around, see if it's still there, etc. I'll give her a call, see which day is a good one.

One of Billy's ex-army friends texted him the other day, he was in NYC for the world premier of that Will Smith movie and Will Smith was there! In the audience! His gf took pics but I didn't see them. I thought that was so cool!

Don't know what's in store here yet. I am just ignoring my problem for now, since there's nothing I could do but worry myself sick, which would be really easy.

So far, it's a nice day. Dh is out working on the boat [in the driveway...] but there's nothing I can do to help him right now. Maybe I'll get back to unpacking my summer stuff and packing up winter stuff--basically switching out the boxes. Hopefully we are done with the cool weather by now. Finally.

Well, after not working out since my surgery, I did today. I did this one that was supposed to be high intensity, off the cable workouts courtesy of the local Y. It was 25 minutes, and I got through it.

Hey all. Back here later than I expected. I was just sitting down to lunch when the kids got back. My "hotel" daughter was/picked a rustic camp ground. Lol, the first words out of her mouth was............"it was horrible Mom we use porta potties all weekend". Lol, next time she will stick with the parks she knows
