Well the Doctor said I'm not sure so am sending hubby to a Ortho .

The new pills he gave him seem to be keeping the pain in check but is bringing out a whole "goofy" side I have not seen. lol it is quite fun around here

well time to get off the computer and into the gardens

1 hour dog walk done. Dog made lots of new friends this morning.

We are heading to the Desoto Seafood Festival this afternoon, so plenty more walking (while eating) to come.

Karla, I am jealous that you got rain.

Default Happy Saturday!

Good morning all! Dog walk done. Elliptical training done. 100 ab crunches done! I'm on a roll . . . thinking of taking a long bike ride later (minimum of 12 miles).

Karla, glad you got a referral to an orthopedic doctor for your husband.

Everyone have a nice day and a good weekend.

I've been mowing. It rained here last night so the pollen and dust are not as bad as it has been.

Default Beach run w. pics

Went to Crystal Cove State Park this morning for a run / jog alongside the ocean for about an hour and a half. This park is in Orange County, north of Laguna Beach and south of Corona del Mar. Great place to explore. It was 60 degrees F and foggy right next to the ocean, and just above the cliffs about 100 yards east of the beach it was sunny and about 10 degrees warmer. Have a look.

have you ever noticed that even though you water when you get a bit of rain things really green up.
DH was feeling better today so he helped me for almost 5 hours weeding and putting down mulch
lol I guess it is a good thing we ran out of mulch our backs were about ready to give out
I may pick up a few bags tomorrow or may just say oh well here it is I did my best when the crew comes Monday morning . the other parts have mulch its just not fresh fluffy mulch .
ellie mowing is on the list for tomorrow that and makign sure there are no surprises hifing in the grass that the MG'er could strp in .
sounds like everyone had a great day today
see you all tomorrow
I think I "gold starred " everyone
