I like too many things. That's the problem, but I think I would try it just like you described. There's no place around my work area though where they would have anything even close to that so it may have to be postponed. Will have to make a mental note to try it at some point.
In the meantime, I started on my snack already. A banana and two pieces of almost stale melba toast with a teeney tiny bit of grape jelly.
jco, You asked what kind of Soy Milk I use and it is a "low fat plain soy milk". I tried the vanilla flavored one before but I prefer the plain soy milk on my oatmeal. Soy milk tastes also varies by brands I found out. Some taste better then the other.
I have added couple more bottles of water I was told that it will make your complexion nice and help flush the bad stuff out. I figure I must sweat out a bunch during exercise.
didn't eat lunch because I was at the gym during lunch I decided I don't like starting my work out at 11:15.
just had some of the wonderful sweet honeydew I picked up at the store.
I am making hubby tacos for dinner and since tacos are on my list of strange foods I probably will have some turkey with something lol
