Alright, what did you or are you eating today? Will Arctic Kitten win the battle against the dreaded candy bowl again? Will leavingcali partake in a refreshing glass of Odwalla? Will VPCats think it's Wednesday? So much to anticipate...

Fabulous Food Fact: Men have different nutritional needs than do women, and oysters are the best food for them because they prevent prostate cancer! Source.

I'm starting this late Wednesday night because it's early AM on the east coast!

I fought the candybowl all day yesterday... AND I WON!!!

..thankyou, thankyou.

I pulled a vpcats and started posting on the wrong foodthread when I got to work, hehe. so I'll recap.

I blew it last night and went to Wendy's with my mom for our tradition of "chocolate frosties and french-fries-to-dip-in-it". We were out running errands really late, but we didn't eat really late at least...thank goodness. I heard the food goes nowhere if you eat really late then just go to bed. ..but, other than those cheese crackers- that's all I had to eat yesterday, so it coulda been worse!!

Today, I'm on a roll. I have a package of fat free fig newtons wtih my iced tea to put some energy into me for the day!

Who will be the next to check in?

woo hoo I get to check in next

got back from my walk where I somehow ticked off my walking buddy.

so far today I have had my big cup of caffeine free diet pepsi(my coffee) 2 1/2 bottles of water a wonderful juicy plum and a banana and a glass of milk.
I only have sugary cereal in the pantry and wasn't in the mood for it, I have to go to the grocery store.
I am working on more water I am trying to hydrate really well before the cycling class, I find the more water I drink before the easier the recovery is after.
ok off to figure out how to untick off my walking buddy

karla

My snack and lunch is always the same too.

Mixed fruit and veggies with low fat Triscuts for lunch

My late day snack and dinner vary slightly from day to day.

AK... Are you sure, positively SURE, that that roll is not really the TOOTSIE ROLL? :-))))

OK. OK. It's THURSDAY!!!!! The thread title says it is and who am I to question it? LOLLLL. Let's see how long I can stay on track. :-))

BIG cup of oatmeal with raisins, milk, cinnamon sugar; a little (3 bites) piece of pumpernickel bread with butter and 8 ou cup of coffee with Equal and milk. My breakfasts are almost ALWAYS the same Monday - Friday.

Lunch is still in the planning stages.

Okay, so far I've had a glass of water and a bowl of granola cereal. I'm posting early so that I can plan my lunch. I'll have a nectarine, tuna salad on romaine, and four baby carrots with another glass of water. I also need to confess to having a glass of tea, cup of coffee with sugar in the raw and whole milk, and TWO cannolis (dinner guests brought them... I couldn't be rude ) last night.

How's your project going, vp? Roma- great breakfast! Do you use vanilla soy or regular? Karla - I hope your walking buddy forgives you for the unknown offense. AK - A FROSTY WITH FRIES?! It's sugar... it's salt... it's so confusing!!!

So far today I had a mug of yogurt with plenty of granola almonds and raisins. I also had a bottle of water.
For lunch I think I will have a sandwich: multigrain bread with cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and a drizzle of italian dressing. Yummy, I can't wait for lunch!

Gosh as I read that lunch I was making faces (uglier ones than my usual ) but I think it grew on me real fast because somehow it almost sounds like something I would try, even with the alfalfa sprouts.

Doing good JCO! Haven't looked at it yet. The Thursday newsblast is still sinking in. :-) I'm almost done. Just have to tie up some loose ends which have been loose for a while.

(I must sound like a complete klutz! It must be in the stars this week). :-))
