Good morning! Woke up this morning to a brisk 36 degrees here in NC. Going to warm up to a sunny day in the low 60's... This is going to be a hard week for me to be good with company here and a couple of dinners out ahead of me this week but I'm going to give it a good try. So whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk at the moment......have a wonderful Wednesday everyone! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie and all in our great group.

That's a change huh Jeannie!! You'll do fine with company coming-if not you catch up next week.

Have some running to do-Target, grocery shop. Not as bad here as what they predicted.

Low Fat yog/fruit/coffee.

Good morning, all.

Deep breaths, Jeannie. hehe

Back to the old breakfast tacos, and a Coke (of course).

Don't know what lunch will be today, I'm not too hungry, and not hungry enough to think about it. Dinner was just Top Ramen. I was not hungry when the family ate, but I sat with them at the table, then made the ramen later.

Finishing up my last term paper today, so I might not be on much.

Have a great day, all!

Good morning Jeanine, rathogos and Lacey. I'm early this morning cuz I'm back on my schedule. Got my excercsis class at 10.
The sun is shining here but I think it's freezing out. Brrr

Will have a yogurt before my aerobic and then have egg beaters with a slice of swiss cheese when I come home with some fruit.

After that I have to run to the store with my mile long list.

So far so good. I did have 2 cookies yesterday after dinner. Peanut butter chocolate. My fav.

Have a great day!!

Good morning MM, Izzy, Rath, Lacey, Jeannie, EM, BB, elston. Who did I miss. Remind me please.

Jeannie, it is a good thing you told me it is cold. It looks great outside. That would have been a shock. Mr. VA has already been to the weight room and is back home again, so the car will be warm when I leave in about 10 minutes. You believe that too. No answering question of the day today. I am running late, but I had breakfast.
Coffee and milk
banana
2 eggo waffles

Good morning Lacey,Jeanie,Steve,Eliza!

Very interesting! balsamic vinegar!...hmm should try it

I have my Kiwanis meeting as usual at noon at the same Chinese restaurant,I always order the fried halibut fish,it is so good! That's my fish intake for the week. And a chamber of commerce mixer at about 5 this afternoon. There is always some kind of happy hour food. So I wll be eating out all day
