We ended up at the Lone Star steakhouse for dinner which was very good...
salad with Thousand Island dressing
grilled bourbon salmon (delicious)
sweet potato
some of my daughter's french fries
That sounds sooooooooo great. It's too bad we don't have good steak houses around here . The last really good steaks I had in a restaurant was in Hongkong and Bali 4 years ago. It's time I took a longer vacation again and eat something that delicious! Or maybe I should try to go to Berlin and look for one there, might as well combine it with a sight seeing tour.

maybe so Diana, but the things you whip up at home would make my family drool. Delicious!
Jeannie... sometimes we, as parents, have to make sacrifices for the benefit of our children. In the long run, you were taking the proverbial "bullet" for her... and that is noble. See... it's all just a matter of perspective.

Well, at least I swam in the morning :/
Well, that looks pretty healthy to me SmerkyGrl. Sounds yummy too. They say spicy foods speed up the metabolism.
Well I'm not sure how I did yesterday. Did too then at dinner I had a roasted chicken breast with skin (extra crispie), broccli and harvard beets. topped it off with Edys icream bar (sugar free) I think it is 150 cals.
plus 6 little prezels last night. acually they were medium size.
Feeling a tad sluggish this morning.
Have not had breakfast yet. Not sure what. Going out for lunch at 12 so I'll have something light. BTW....it is a buffet we are going to. A friend is treating me. Hope they have lots of veggies and salads.
Good luck every and have a great day.!!
