Merry Christmas NCN and all.

Christmas no exception-yogurt/fruit
Lunch cottage cheese/salad
Dinner tho-baked ziti, meatballs, garlic bread, salad. Altho I used low fat ricotta and mozzerella and very lean beef and pork for the meatballs.

Merry Christmas! I believe that all of you opened your presents and hope you found something nice beneath the Christmas tree.

I was afraid of Christmas b/c of the trouble with my in-laws but yesterday and today went smoothly - thanking God!

No breakfast.
Lunch was goose with red cabbage (or kale for the others) dumplings (or potatoes for the others) and gravy. Very yummie!
a little bit of cucumber salad
2 slices of w/w bread with cheese and salami.
