I went to a cuban restaurant at noon,I had Chicken with some black beans,fried bananas,some real yummy sauce! loved it! It was just ten dollars. had coffee with it.
The dentist wasn't as painful as expected. Just a short cleaning which didn't cost anything at all (insurance paid). However, I made an appointment for April for a large cleaning job (I don't know what else will be done then) but it'll be around $110.
In the end I found a friend who went swimming with me but as it was already late the public pool closes at 9 p.m. we only had about 40 minutes in the water. Enough for starting though.
Dinner before swimming: half a sandwich (w/w, ham, cheese and creamcheese)
