Hope I didn't miss someone elses journal for today.

I missed all the excitment yesterday and had to go back to see what is going on. Oh my! What a day Lacey has had.

I got a little sick on my stomach during the exercises and thought it might be too little food, so I made lunch immediately when we got home and took more cold medicine and slept almost the rest of the day. I felt much better then, but was still sleepy. Cold medicine really knocks me out.

Falls are really bad at this age. Our neighbor across the street has ended up at an assisted living home after he fell the second time and cracked his collar bone. Hope Mr. L is doing better, but I am concerned that Lacey is not here today yet. I guess praying would be the thing to do.

I went looking for Lacey's posts and found she put the journal under Diet and Weight Loss, so I will join you over there.

Thanx ladies-guess I had a very bad morning! I asked to have my mistake deleted.

Well he has the start of pneumonia now and thankfully he's where he should be.

I left as he's so drugged and my being there os just a distraction to his resting.

Stopped for lunch and had grilled chicken on ciabetta bread.

Hugs.

Praying for Mr L. sending good Karma your way.

Didn't do much today, just hanging out. A lot of people are still on extended holidays. Some Chinese who are buddist would go back to their countires and visit ancestors. It's their tradition.

Went to Home Town Buffet for the $4.99 soup and salad. Just what I needed. need to eat more veggies.

Dinner was some chicken soup I made from scratch with tomatoes.

Good nite.

Good night.
Lunch was cold cuts and kaiser roll.

Dinner (after winning four gravy biscuits at Bojangle's bingo, we each won two.) was stir fried green beans, onions, potatoes and coffee and milk.

Mr. VA had mesquite chicken breast and salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber.

Sometimes we just don't think alike on what food we want. I didn't want any more meat today.

Lacey, Mr. L must have really stressed his body.

Did you make it to the doctor today for the adjustment? Hope so.

You really need a little break. Aren't you expecting company soon?

Izzy, I love the Chinese New Year. I am sure I have told you this before. It is so much fun, expecially for a story time.

Good morning ladies! It's already Wednesday, so I hope Tuesday ended well for all of you.

Judi - how's Mr. L doing? Still drugged or feeling better? The broken rips must hurt like hell!

I went to visit my friend and her 3 month old daughter. What a cutie. It's been so long since Miguel was so small...
Afterwards off to step aerobic class.

1 slice of w/w bread w/ cream cheese + ham + cheese
1 w/w bun w/ cream cheese + ham + cheese
2 stuffed antipasti peppers
6 cherry tomatoes
1 banana
1 yogurt
1 piece of cup cake w/ cherries
1 handful of pretzels (for dinner ;o))

My, my that is a long list.
