I just moved back to DFW earlier in the year, and I'm not impressed...the weather, earthquakes and traffic.

Jobs like these paid for with money from outside the local economy produce additional jobs in restaurants and other consumption driven jobs. Likewise, lose the jobs and these thee service consumption driven jobs shrink. I prefer growth over stagnation, ymmv, but growth is progress

Johnhw2, I hear you, I'm all for growth in general, time will tell on how these changes will impact the community but hope it will be positive, fingers crossed.

I agree the current pace of growth is going to challenge frisco and Plano and the area transportation folks to show us their stuff. I lived through some boom years in Houston but the growth here and now is the strongest I've seen.
