Employment numbers don't entail the ease or difficulty of actually finding a job in a given industry. I refuse to believe in this worker shortage. Maybe some businesses need to change their business models. In any event, I still hold to my statement. Population would not be an issue if the culture of "feminism" and "free choice" were not prevalent, so that's no excuse.

No, that's not the post to which I was responding. I quoted where I was responding. I have no hate of anyone. This whole conversation is getting out of hand. If they were having problems, then they would be able to contact every applicant for a posted job opening. They would not use software to screen resumes.
