LOL it's a pretty huge "technicality", making the difference between a true statement ("economic studies claim the airport is responsible for generating 228,000 jobs in North Texas") and a patently false statement ("the airport employs 228,000 people").

The airport employs over 228K. I never said "directly" lol.

Whatever. The words you used mean what they mean. And they tell a false story. DFW airport does not in any sense employ 228,000 people.

Ah, but it does. Just not "directly". The airport is the life blood for many in the region.

I did. I don't get your point. Anyway, let's stick to the topic at hand.

Just basing my speculation off the renderings: I have a feeling Terminal F is meant to be an extension of Terminal D, at least functionally. It actually looks more like an airside concourse than a full fledged terminal with its own landside entrances/exits.

You're likely right. I heard it will have 15 gates.

My point has been very obvious all along. Just pointing out that your claim that DFW employs more than 228,000 people was utterly false.

Yes, that's the number stated in the press release. And yes, the renderings look like it's really a new concourse, not a terminal.
