I have quite a few clients who live out there. I have not heard any complaints about the area. You have to be carefull if you select a small builder. Many are going belly up so you homework if your considering going with a small custom builder. This not only applies to Lakeridge but any area you may be considering.

I have several co workers who live there with no complaints. There has been as issue with foreclosures and incompleted homes which I think the city has addressed. Lot of new homes still being built with people moving in them. Drive out there an talk to the people who live there. That would be the best way to get a feel for the area. Lakeridge phase 2 has started selling lot in The Summit subdivision lake front property.

Default Lakeridge area going up or down?

Thank you for the feedback. Doesn't look like there is much more info out there so I will take your advice and ask around when I visit the area

I've been checking out that area for awhile and have been seeing the prices on some sought after lots go up, and mainly all the corner lots have been dropping in price.

Check out this realty company,
Lake Ridge Realty

they appear to be buying most of the lots out there and resale them out to the public..
