Could be that maybe he/she is really out-of-shape, or has serious health issues.

I don't even then. Last Spring, we had a few days of 95 without humidity and I didn't run the air at all. It's the humidity that makes me not stand it. If it's in the high 80s and humid, I may run it a tad to remove the "sticky."

Did you read the part about me being sick? Have you ever had a cold? The warmer it is, the harder it is to breathe, and breathing is something I like doing.

Plus it was warmer than "71 to 73". I had the thing set to 70 and it actually came on occasionally.

To be honest with you, I don't know. The only time I've ever heard it was on the commercial for the Tyler Gun and Knife Show. I've never known anyone that actually said it nor read it anywhere until now.
