You can't be serious! That yukky old dirty snow, slush and ice everywhere...

It's bad enough today here in Dallas with temperatures in the mid-50s, a heavy cloud cover and a north wind. I've heard nothing but complaints about today's weather.

Give me warmth, blue skies and sunshine anything.

was in the park this morning at a soccer game when the front rolled in.
it was beautiful!!!!
Everyone went home and took a nap from 11-200.
I am loving the weather today.
We decided to skip the cottonwood art festival and sleep in, stay in our pj's and order take out Chinese.
Might be taking in the state fair Sunday though.

The chance for rain is perhaps unfortunate. Otherwise it'd be great weather for camping. You can bet I'll be out hiking tomorrow though. Next weekend may make for a goot time to visit Possum Kingdom.

I think I got a touch of hypothermia when I went out this afternoon. I may have gotten a bit of frostbite too. It was awful weather. Awful...

Sleet in the Forecast Brrrrr!!!

Too bad today is such a cold, blustery, rainy day in Dallas to honor JFK on the 50th anniversary of his death.

Glad some of you people like such weather as this.

I keep hearing conflicting reports - anyone think there will be ice on the roadways (bridges, overpasses especially) Monday morning? I know we're supposed to get sleet, but any word on if there will be a glaze of ice to go along with it? Gotta plan now!

Watch the temps and wind.
Cold with no wind and a wet road will make for icy conditions.
