Spring and Summer can't get here fast enough for me. Bring on the blue skies, sunshine and temperatures in the 80s, 90s and 100s.

As a 6-decade resident of LA who made his first visit to Big D in 1975 (July!!!) one year after visiting Houston & San Antonio (also in July), I have to slap myself for doing so, so I definitely wouldn't be 'Wishin' and Hopin' for summertime Texas heat all [u]that[u] hard if I were you, as that 1966 Dusty Springfield classic went back then in spite of what you fine folks have experienced weather-wise recently.

So much for Dallas being hot as hell year-round.

Just wait until next week. All the weather models are spinning up a doosy of a storm with temps below freezing.

LOL!
