Downtown Fort Worth is 25 miles EACH WAY from Grapevine. It takes a good 30 minutes or more to make the drive, and there is traffic the whole way! Gas is hovering at $2.50 a gallon, so you are looking at spending at least $5 a DAY on gas, and an hour in the car. I know Sundance Square is fun, but honestly, the money and the time is not worth it to live that far away. You can still go down and have fun on weekends!

You might consider the loft apartments in North Richland Hills' Hometown area. They seem very popular with young professionals. We also have some in Grapevine, but they are out of your price range.

UPDATE: I ended up picking an apartment in Irving (Las Colinas), it was a perfect location between dallas and southlake with plenty of young professionals - I recommend!

Thank you everyone for your help!

Awesome! I am glad you found a spot that works for you!

Did you come check out Grapefest last weekend? If not, you missed a REALLY good time!
