Tonight is opening night. Regular price for tickets at the Fairview location is $29.00, and the club price is $17.50. Apparently these are the prices going forward, not just a special for the opening. This is lower than the prices at the other locations in the country.

If you are a film buff who enjoys going to IMAX and xD showings of movies, you might ask yourself if you want to pay $14-16 to see a film in a crowded IMAX or xD theater, or a $17.50 for a Gold Class theater which is like a regular movie theater, but only 40 something seats with each seat being a large home theater style recliner with nice food/drink options.

For my wife and I, Gold Class will be great for my wife who likes to see kiddie flicks from time to time. Those are just BRUTAL at regular theaters, but after the opening buzz I don't expect to see many children there (there is no kids price, everyone pays regular or club). Not to mention 2.5-3 hours movies that are tough to watch in regular seating, but you still have to see them now!
